Prosser UGN Funding Request Application
To be considered eligible for UGN funds all agencies must:
- Complete the downloadable application below and return it by Tuesday, January 6th, 2025. You can either mail them to P.O. Box 733, Prosser, WA 99350, or upload them via the form below.
- Organization Tax ID Number (TIN)
- Attend the UGN Agency Presentations/Allocation Meeting on:
Thursday, January 22nd at 6 p.m. at the Princess Theatre Green Room
Presentations will be made in order of packets received. Presentations will be limited to two minutes and can be made by any authorized representative.
Failure to meet the above-stated requirements may result in a denial or reduction of funding.
While it is not our intent to arbitrarily withhold funding, it is imperative that the requesting agency or organization be held responsible for the timely completion of the application and proper submission.
