Prosser UGN Funding Request Application
To be considered eligible for UGN funds all agencies must:
- Complete the downloadable application below and return by Monday, January 8th, 2024. You can either mail them to Tucker Kellogg, 11711 Paige Lane, Prosser, WA 99350 or upload them through our website form below.
- Organization Tax ID Number (TIN)
- Attend the UGN Agency Presentations/Allocation Meeting day on:
Thursday, January 18th at 5:30pm at Princess Theatre Green Room.
Presentations will be made in order of packets received. Presentations will be limited to two minutes and can be made by any authorized representative.
Failure to meet the above-stated requirements may result in a denial or reduction of funding.
While it is not our intent to arbitrarily withhold funding, it is imperative that the requesting agency or organization be held responsible for timely completion of the application and proper submission.
